When completing a FedEx International Air Waybill please type or print clearly, pressing hard with a ball-point pen.

1. Sender Information
Add your address details, phone and FedEx account number.The shipper's telephone number is very important, in case we need to contact you in the event of any questions concerning your shipment.

2. Reference
You can add a reference which will appear on your invoice.

3. Recipient
For reliable delivery, full and clear details are imperative. All shipments must have the recipient's telephone number, and postal code for timely routing and delivery.

4. Services
Please select only FedEx International Priority for shipments from Turkey.

5. Packaging
If you are using FedEx Boxes of any size or your own packaging, please select "All Other Pacakging"

6. Delivery/Handling Instructions
Deliver Weekday is our standard International Priority service. Please contact Customer Service for information on Hold for Collection, Saturday Delivery, and Broker Selection services. Dangerous Goods are not acceptable for transport.

7. Transportation Charges
If you are paying for services locally by any means, then please check Bill Sender. Please do not select either Credit Card or Cash/Cheque. For non-Turkey account numbers Bill recipient or 3rd Party is acceptable. If you require Bill Recipient or Bill Third Party you will need to provide the appropriate FedEx account number. If the recipient or third party fails to pay, the sender is responsible for payment.

8. Duties and Taxes
If you are paying for your shipment in Turkey, then you must check Bill Recipient for import taxes only. If you are using a non-Turkey account number, then you may select Bill-Recipient or 3rd Party.

9. Shipment Information
Weight - is the total weight of your shipment including packaging. Country of Manufacture - for every commodity in your shipment. Total Declared Value for Carriage - must not exceed the "Total Declared Value for Customs". Total Value for Customs - the selling price or replacement cost of the shipments contents, which must be equal to or greater than the "Total Declared Value for Carriage". The information here must fully agree with the information contained in the Commercial Invoice sent with the shipment, including Total Packages, Weight, & Dimensions, Commodity Description, Country of Manufacture, Total Declared Value for Customs & Carriage

10. Sender Signature
All Air-Waybills must bear the signature of the the sender. Sign the Air Waybill, remove the pink copy and place the remaining copies with your shipment.
